World Water Day 2016

Today we join the United Nations in celebrating World Water Day. We give thanks for our partnership with the P&G Safe Drinking Water program. Together, we serve 6,080 families with Safe Drinking Water kits, distributed at our monthly food day and during regular appointments at the clinic. With an average of 9 family members benefiting from each parcel, we estimate that about 54,720 people are reached with P&G water purification from the clinic every month!

In 2015, the Clinton Global Initiative recognized Dr. Pasquine and Keep a Child Alive director, Peter Twyman, with a P&G Sustainability Partnership Award. You can read more about the award and the partnership here.

Thank you P&G Safe Drinking Water and Keep a Child Alive!
